Things To Avoid When Hiring A Personal Trainer

I think everybody who has ever trained in a gym or outside in a park hasseen what I am about to share.

These are the pet hates of any Personal Trainer worth their salt and are themain things you should look out for in the perfect how to find a personaltrainer search.

Let’s see if your trainer, or your prospective trainer possesses any ofthese traits.

Have you ever seen the Personal Trainer who starts every session with do 2laps around the oval and then we can start. The other scenario is the guy whoworks in a gym and gets their client to warm up on the treadmill.

Why do they do this? One because they are not properly planned for thesession ahead and are just planning to wing it and hope that they get someinspiration while you are on your run.

Secondly, because they are too lazy to research the most effective warm uptechniques.

To me it doesn’t make sense to go for a run around the block and then gostraight into a weights workout.  It does not properly prepare your bodyfor the job ahead.

The other thing that really leaves me scratching my head in amazement isthose Personal Trainers who are still giving their clients a static stretchingroutine as a warm up.

This is just a surefire way to increase your risk of injury because yourmuscles don’t like being stretched like this then going straight into a full onexercise. You have to warm up your body with like motions – just the ones thatyou’d find in a dynamic full body warm up

It gets your body ready for the job ahead – it gets your mind ready forwhat’s coming and you are reducing your risk of injury big time.
